I'm new to the sport at this level and am grateful for all the great threads here. I'm following most of what's being discussed and recognizing much in my own experiences.
I may be ready for a good primer on training theory written for somebody without a sports-education background. The training schedule advice and all this discussion about recovery is still a bit of magic to me.
