  1. I had a bit of a funny old day today, besieged in my little lair by
    people with Difficult Questions.

I rode the 25 miles home. It was cold, it was dark, it was wet, it
was hard work - and I loved every minute :-)

Especially since I've dusted off the headtorch and fixed the switch on
    the 12V lighting rig.

    I love my bike :-)

I'll second that. I have had a few days off over the last week and just
need to get my head in order. I've been out every day for hours just
doing the roads on the bike, running and coming home again. Great 🙂)
it helps me get the world in order. I can look at the sky, country
side, trees and plants and remember that life is worth living. Shame I
have to go back to work tomorrow but when I am there perhaps things will
seem more in proportion again 🙂)

Mostly I love being a policeman. It makes me laugh when some of my
colleagues moan about doing nights or how long the week is. To me the
world and the days just fly past and then its rest days, family camps
and cycle trips again. Still my lot don't go for winter camping so they
    miss a lot 🙁

Thanks Guy you don't know what that message meant to me.
