Do we really believe that Dr. Fuentes was operating below radar until
the bloodhounds of the Guardia Civil uncovered his nefarious
activities? Or did "they" decide to throw the cyclists to the lions
for this summer's entertainment? As we're occasionally reminded,
cyclists represent only 58 of the 200 or so athletes to have benefited
from Dr. Fuentes' services. Allegedly. Who are the other 150? Will
we see more names once the Weltmeisterschaft and Wimbledon are done?
Conspiracy is just another word for strategic planning...
