i would like to know if there is a bicycle club or shop that trains cyclist to be professional. i am going to sydney for 4 days. i would like to pick up the latest techniques/how they train in sydney. i am a regular cyclist soon to be pro from kuala lumpur. i want to learn from the best. I AM NOT INTERESTED in bicycle parts you know what i mean.

I'm not too sure what you expect to learn in 4 days - I don't think that even Michele Ferrari's "orange juice" could help you in that short time frame.
Suggestion: I know that costs a lot of money but... come to Italy or Spain, and you'll get some idea about what becoming a pro' means. You could train with real italian elite riders, or U23 (depends on your age and "configuration" of the team)
The U23 national aussie team for many years had come to Reggio Emilia (in Italy) to do month-long stages, in preparation for their races in Australia. (They obviously did also international races in Italy, at the same time... and sometimes they managed to get some good result).
