I've had these cyclops rollers with resistance and can finally use them to get a decent training session in. Although I can use them without holding onto anything, I have to use a leaning start and cant use them one handed yeto_O....Last time I tried one handed, it didn't work out too great,lol....I've seen some people with crazy technique on youtube, one girl was using rollers while playing a violin..... Are any of you guys skilled roller users? If not, do you enjoy using cycling rollers?

I'm no grand master of the rollers, but I can ride with no hands and add or remove top layers while riding. Pulling a T-shirt off over my head while riding is as tricky as I get.
I can do a 'no support' standing start and have done the sideways bunny hop to dismount, but frankly that move is just dumb.
