Do any of you know where I can obtain current information on this issue. This is the latest entry and it's dated 1998. I would really like to find out what ever became of this, specifically, the part about the cyclist being responsible for making sure there's room enough for cars to pass.

i dont know much but do know that riding on the pavement or sidewalk is a £500 fine.:eek:
