cycling jacket

Try Mike Dyason for alternatives such as the Chapak range (Mine is
goretex, hooded, drop down tail etc)

If you can swallow your pride long enough to dash in and out
of Millett's quickly, they're flogging a breathable waterproof
jacket in tasteful flourescent yellow with [censored] flap & concealed hood
for £30.
