There are two good articles that provide the basics for evaluating various types of cycling injuries, one by podiatrists and another by orthopods. Both articles discuss cycling biomechanics. The cite for the Orthopedic article is J.Am.Acad.Ortho.Surgeons 15:748-756 (2007). I don't want to violate fair use and it is a recent article so I won't post it, but you can certainly PM me if you can't "find" it. The other is by podiatrists which is older (2000) and I don't see a copyright notice on it so I am assuming that it is Ok to post.
