A friend of mine and I are planning a trip to Belgium and France this June. We would like to cycle in the Roubaix area - more specifically, we would like to begin a 80 - 120 km trip that begins and ends at the Roubaix Velodrome.
Does anyone know of routes we could take that would include some of the pave in the area?
In addition, how does one gain entrance to the Velodrome? Is it a private or public facility?

On the map, according to the 2nd comment, the Velodrome seems to be located at the wrong spot.
