Cycling in Qebec

Hi, I am planning a week long trip to upper Qebec this summer. Starting in Qebec City and heading up to Lac St. Jean. I am traveling with a group of friends..We are thinking of about 50 miles/day.
Any advice on what to see and where to stay would be greatly appriciated!
