of half adozen routes for a couple of quid. There'll be a few in there to suit you. -

off road Thanks Fred🙄If you're looking for something fairly simple, there's a nice route from Brock to Beaulieu and back.
Start at the car park behind the Balmer Lawn hotel near the wagon ride signs.
tinyurl.comj1x0Open ↗Head up the long gravel track and pick up NCN route 2 to Beaulieu through the forest, following the
signs (note: there's a confusing bit where it's not 100% which direction to go. Head across the
cattle grid into the deer research enclosure. You'll see what I mean.) You'll eventually come out at
Furzey Lodge car-park. tinyurl.comj1wvOpen ↗At the crossroads, turn right towards Brockenhurst on the B3055 a follow it for a nice run across
the moor before heading down a lovely sweeping series of downhill bends into Brockenhurst. It's
about 8 miles or so, takes anything up to a couple of hours depending how often you look at the
wildlife/stop for a [censored]. :-) Some long shallow climbs, a few short descents and a nice trundle back
down into Brock.
V. pleasant for a lazy bloke like me, a bit dull if you're looking for serious off-road stuff.Oh yeah, definitely pick up the cycle route pack from the LBS near the station as recommended by
John's Cat. Nice people. Good little shop.HTH!
