Hi, I will be based in Belgrade for a week or possibly more with my work. I have been there before, but during Winter months. Now it's a bit hotter, I was considering bringing the bike (I'll just bring the hacker I reckon).
If anyone has any knowledge of where it safe to cycle for around 2 hours in the evening, please let me know. I will be staying around New Belgrade... in the InterConinental Hotel, so if anyone has any pointers I'd really appreciate it. And if anyone has a contact of someone in a club out there, that'd be great.
Are you already in Belgrade? Hope not. Andrija can answer you..he`s from Belgrade..🙂 Belgrade is not known about safety but I think you can ride around without problems. Go out of the city. Riding in the city isn`t really cool except you want to sightsee.
I recommend you to go to city center to cevapcici, pleskavica and lepinja.😄 You can ride when you`re home too but you probably can`t eat tasty serbian food!🙂
I would like to communicate with Andrija or anyone for that matter that could provide me with assistance in renting a touring bike for a month in Serbia. I will be in the Belgrade - Novi Sad area from mid July 06 through mid Aug. 06.
