I was diagnose with MS almost 5 years ago. I have decided to help not
only myself, but everyone else who suffers from this disease. This will
be my 2 year to ride in the MS150 cycling tour. We ride about 182 miles
in 2 days. I am getting healthy and helping others get healty too by

Go for it, the exercise may help to delay any symptoms and you will be
helping others, the best of two situations.
