And If your designs have been chosen by us, we would pay you by the pieces of designs.

Do you have a website where you post all your designs or probably a store online that we can check? How much do you pay for each approved design and what sort of design are you looking for?
If you're a legitimate company, then please include a website link. Furthermore, provide more information about the types of designs you're looking for, and how much you're prepared to remunerate designers for a submission that's accepted by yourselves.
