Anyone have any experience attending a cycling camp in the US? I'm a recreational rider and cat 5 racer. I'd be looking to attend a camp in the early spring (anywhere from 5-7 days) where I can get in some base miles, build skills and technique, and get some good coaching tips I can apply to continue building the rest of the season. If you've attended one or more of these, and or if you have thoughts on the effectiveness of these camps, I'd welcome any and all feedback - as well as suggestions for camps you're familiar with. Thanks!
