Hello there-
I have a question about some cycling biomechanics, and how to "overcome" a few roadblocks I have encountered during my training. Seems as if I favor my right hip during the upstroke of my right leg, essentially "guarding" my right leg by tightening my right hip flexors However, when it comes to my left leg, everything is fine. I have been riding like this for some time, and now my hip/pelvis muscles (iliacus in particular) is much more "developed" than my left side. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to over come the fact that I swing my right hip but have no problems with my left? It seems like it happens to when I walk as well. My leg muscles on my right side have suffered from this and are not as developed compared to my left...
Thanks for any input.
