  1. I am thinking of getting the Cycle Ops Fluid 2 TT. Any Pros or Cons
over other Trainers with manual resistance settings?
I want to do Interval training.

    Thanks

I have had the Cycle Ops Fluid2 for about two years now. It is my
fifth trainer. The resistance increases dramatically above about 15
mph. Regarding reliability (my biggest problem with trainers) it has
been fine so far. Twice I have had the threads strip on a piece of
metal that screws the resistance unit up against the tire. Graber
products shipped me a new one within a couple of days. The resistance
unit itself is what failed on my other trainers. The Fluid2's
    resistance unit has been fine.

    Tom
