Anyone here have any input on these trainers? I have a G3 on my road bike now, but I'd like something dedicated for winter/spring training indoors. I'm especially interested in how well the trainer reproduces wattages from real rides. I'd like to ride group rides from the summer in preparation for next year, but I'm not sure how the trainer works with spikes - 0W to 750W in a second etc.
Do you guys average out the intensities? Do the wattages seem accurate overall?
