Cycleops 300 PT. In need of handle bar parts?

I just bought a pre owned Cycleops 300 PT stationary bike. There is a post and a missing cap on the end of my handle bar. I'm assuming it is to adjust the tension on the wheel. Can anyone help me with way I can get one. The manufacture doesn't carry them anymore. Thank you!

Just don't expect the seller to be entirely truthful about the condition. Or, you know, you could just MacGyver something. It's not like it's a crucial component or anything."
