Agreed. I don't think any of the video showed Level 2 or Level 3
cycle training, which makes up about 75% of National Standard cycle
training.

Where were the instructors standing on residential junction corners
while children look - signal - turn, or children taking the primary
position to pass parked cars, or turning right at a mini roundabouts,
or in traffic at red lights in the primary position waiting for the
lights to change? That's what the National Standard is about. What
was shown was the old Cycle Proficiency.

Agreed and just look at the helmet on the young girl at 5 min 4 sec in
just before the Derek Twigg MP appearance near the end. Did anyone with
any cycling knowledge participate in the making of this film?
