Just got the CTC rag through yesterday. Nice articel on a school in
South London training kids to ride. Maybe the pictures were carefully
chosen, but very few helmets in evidence on either kids or instructor.

where cyclists are wearing helmets, perhaps that would have given CTC a
reason to choose the pictures carefully.--
