I am a very beginner biker who is interested in getting a cycle trainer for exercise purposes. I know little or nothing about this equipment. I have a mountain bike so I think I need a rim trainer but I am not sure. I am interested in something that is easy and fast to set up and take down and also something that is quiet. Any suggestions or comments or recommendations?
