cycle rack for 20" trailer bike

Have you tried fitting a normal rack to the bike? AFAIR most small
wheel bike racks are the same as the big wheel racks. If they were
smaller you wouldn't be able to put panniers on them without the
panniers dragging on the ground.

The chaps at ICE make Thingies which drop bolt to the eyelets and drop the
mounting hole at the bottom of the rack leg a bit, which may help.
Alternatively a standard rack and bits of metal from B&Q / a box in the
Shedde to extend the upper mount to where you want it.
