  1. I recently bought a pair of Flow bindings and took them out in Park City. The first day I went out
they broke on my first run. The plastic toothed piece broke against the cable becasue the cable was
on the outside. This is they way the boy at the shop told me to wear them. I called Flow and the
representative laughed at me (Ben Dover was his name). I called back and they said they never heard
of a Ben Dover. I called them several times wanting them to buy me a brand new pair of Burton
bindings. (I like those better). They told me they would not becasue the defect was my error. How
could it be my error? They broke on the first run. Now every time I call they say thier name is Ben
Dover and laugh at me. They have insulted me and my family. I don't know what else to do. Does
anyone else have a similar expeience to talk about or can offer any help? Does anyone have a pair of
Flow bindings they would be willing to give to me so I can snowboard this season?

Looks like they want you to take this one in the ass.

My advice? Don't buy that product again. (And don't bend over.)

    Dally, live and learn

At this point your macho spicese should kick in. Get an uzi, and go down to that office, and take
out as many as the Dover family as you can.

I don't know what else to do.

Why not? Bending over can be a wonderful stress reliever at the end of the day.
