    A year or 2 ago Cannondale had a semi-custom program. You could spec
    the tube lengths and (I think) the head/seat tube angles for one of
    their road frames and they'd build it for you. I don't see any
    mention of that on their website now. Did that program disappear with
    the bankrupcy/sale?
