I'm looking for overnight accommodation for the Cumbria Way. The Ulverston - Keswick section is amply served with YHAs, but the section from Keswick to Carlisle ....... nothing. (Not bad for the remaining 50% of a "popular" route)
The plan was to use Skiddaw House and Carrock Fell, to enjoy the northern part of the route to the full, but alas both hostels seem to be no more.
The only option I can find so far seem to be Oddfellows Arms pub in Caldbeck.

Any feedback on this, or even any alternatives?
When I did the CW in 2002, there were a couple of accommodation lists. The best source of such info was the TIC in Ulverston.
