    Places available on privately organised trip to Cuba, November 2005.
    Manchester to Holguin (flight around £500 incl bike carriage), fortnight's
    tour with backup vehicle. Accommodation mainly B&B (casa particulares) - to
    be arranged by Cuban guide. Land price expected to be around £400. Further
