    I've recently updated my Threshold in TrainingPeaks and was just wondering why one's CTL is then calculated over the full season, based on the new threshold, rather than from the date the new threshold zone was created ?

    Seems kind of strange to go from say 56 to 49 at a click of a button :-)

    Ok..BIG "Doh!" moment...

    I had update the threshold BEFORE creating the new effective date....
