  1. Anyone else ride this?. Keith (Surrey League)Butler's idea, to show all those on Phil and Friends
    that we are not all soothan poofs. Thanks a bunch Keith!2200 m of climbing in 150k including twice
    up to the top of Ashdown Forest. Will be doing the 115 next year if they run
    it.By 1600 half the field was still out after an 0800-0900 start.

  2. Yep, I did it and what a pig of a ride it was ! I'm still recovering. Great fun though... and a
    beautiful day as well.

    Yes I enjoyed it (I knew what was coming, just a bit of a shock to the system to have every hill in
    the area back to back, No worse for its distance than the ESCA reliability or Battle and back), but
    will either go for a shorter distance or a bike with something a bit more forgiving than a 39/21
    next year.If you thought there was a lot of climbing apparently Phil & Friends has 3500m!
