  1. Can anybody explain what my diagnosis means?

    All paranasal sinuses appear clear with no mucosal
    thickening present. The infundibular of the osteomeatal
    complexes are patent bilaterally. There is some mucosal
    thickening involving the nasal septum which is midline.
    There is some mucosal thickening of the nasal turbinates.
    The post nasal airway is patent.
