  1. Crostini con Pancetta

    2 Tbsp deep frozen spinach
2 Tbsp Fontina Valdostana cheese diced
2 slices rindless bacon (pancetta affumicata)
    1 Tbsp butter
    1 slice square loaf bread
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
    1/2 garlic clove
    1 leaf sage
    Salt and pepper

    Heat the oven to 320 F - 180 C - G3. Chop the pancetta and clean
    the garlic.
Defreeze the spinach (microwave) and saute in a pan with butter and
garlic. Brown the pancetta in a pan; toast the bread slightly and cut into
    triangles or squares.
Place the spinach on the bread, then the diced cheese, then the bacon.
Grill for a few minutes in the oven.

    That's it!
