My rear wheel has a broken spoke and bent rim. It is performance brand so I will probably have to send it to them or something.
Anyways, in the mean time what can I do for cross training for a few days so as to not lose fitness? Running? Swimming?

Fitness doesn't diminish significantly in just a few days. However, if you feel the need to get out and do something, perhaps something like hiking or using a stairmaster or exercise bike (if you have access to one, ie a gym, etc) would be more beneficial (more specific) for cycling muscles than running or swimming. Also, if you don't regularly run or swim, you will probably get sore in those muscles which you usually don't use on the bike. In the future, you might consider getting a spare set of wheels for just such emergencies, so that you can keep riding while the other set is being repaired.
if your wheel is a classic 3 cross spoked wheel,
you can bring your wheel to a shop and likely get this fixed while you wait in some cases.
if it is not the common type wheel, a good shop may be able to have a good equivalent fix.
ask that they use the same gauge spoke in either case. at that time you can get the wheel trued and tensioned properly, as this is often the root cause of spoke breakage.
in the mean time, you could probably use a couple days off to regroup...
