Ask for something else

Bad news: I've had a crockpot for all of 20 years and dug it out a = couple of days ago. Made pot
roast which was good. Veggies sucked - = hard carrots, different textured onions and the potatoes
took on some = kind of hard skin (I remembered that from way back). Suppose I = could/should have
par boiled but that sort of defeats the purpose.

Good news is......you'll have lots of leftovers.
