  1. Crock Pot Roast Beef

    1 3-4 lb. beef roast
    1 14 1/2 ounce can of beef broth
    1/4 cup of dried minced onions
    flour
    water

    Spray a 4 quart crock pot with pam. Place the roast in the pot. Pour the
    can of beef broth in and over the roast. Sprinkle minced onions over the
    roast. If the roast is right from the freezer add an extra hour to cook.
    Turn crock pot on high. Cook about 4 hrs. If frozen, cook 5 hrs. Remove
    roast from pan and add about 1 cup of hot water ,make a rue of flour and
    water, about 1/2 cup of water with about 2 heaping tablespoons of flour.
    Leave your crock pot on high and stir in quickly the rue. Put lid back on
    for a few minutes and then stir until it gets
    thick............enjoy.....vanna
