Here's an interesting story on the big 10K there yesterday. I had forgot until I read this that the
course of the race was changed a year or two ago and no longer runs through the "garden district" of
New Orleans to finish in Audubon Park, something I mistakenly passed along recently to someone
looking for places to run in N.O. In any event, it's funny to read about this "slow" race and
realize how much ground these elite runners were covering with each stride. -chris
