Crank advice

You frame is going to make that decision for you ... a GXP crank will not fit a bb30 frame and visa versa. I know newer caad 10's are bb30. Not sure what you have.

I think that there are adapters so that Campagnolo UT + Hollowtech II BB (¿)cups(?) can be used with BB30 frames, so presumably there is a similar adapter for GXP BBs/cranks ... if there isn't a specific GXP adapter, then the fore mentioned adapters can possibly be used-or-adapted for the GXP BB (¿)cups(?) ...

BUT, if a person is not opting for either a Campagnolo or Shimano crankset, then I think an FSA is a better option than the SRAM crankset just because an FSA crank will generally cost less ...

There is an adapter made (Wheels Manufacturing is one company that does this. There may be more.) to allow a GXP crank to work on a BB30 bottom bracket shell. Iffin' I were you, I would also consider getting a Cannondale Hollowgram crankset. It's very nice crank, likely a bit better than the two you mention. You can buy 'em new, and you can also pick 'em up on eBay. If I had a BB30 bottom bracket shell, that's the crankset I'd use.
