Tough ride today at 18deg F (balmy to our northern buddies).
The top of my head froze! It was weird - just the part above my ears and the top - and never
actually got numb - through the balaclava. I had to laugh out loud, b/c it was a new experience, and
part of me was trying to 'puppy out'.
I perservered, though. (yay, me). Glad I didn't get that crew cut. ;-p
