I have been racing for just over one year now. I have recently been finding that towards the end of the race, I begin cramping up. Just a few days ago I found myself at the end of a race (approx. 55 miles) my legs had hit the wall. I was having extreme cramps every time I stood up, stretched, stopped pedalling, and anything besides keeping the same cadence. Throughout the race, I was riding at my threshold for much of the time as we were in a break for most of the race. What can I do before a race to prevent that from having that happing during the races? Any input will help. Thanks all!!!
ya poor thing try magnesium and zinc supplement and some amino acids this worked wonders for me us riders do tend to be deficient in these ask your heath care shop for some!! cheers [email hidden]
