Cracked a nut

Does anyone know of an online source for these things, preferably ones not
made of rice pudding? Wiggle only seem to do front track nuts today, and
I'm not convinced by the photos other suppliers have up: they seem not to
have the captive washer part, rather their serrated bit seems to be part of
the nut itself.

Metric unfortunately. Thanks for the offer though.

Problem solved, to my surprise, by the local hardware and electrical
shop, so I'm now the faintly suspicious owner of a couple of 70p
replacements. Hmm indeed, but they fit. We'll see how long they last.
