I am doing a coursework about how the shortage of nutrition affecting
the people with eating disorders. The coursework requires the
information from EMAILS and not from websites. I would be grateful if
anyone drops me few lines about nutrition such as proteins,
carbohydrates, fats, vitamins and minerals and the physical problems
for people with eating disorders. Thank you.

disorders.Did you know that inositol helps people with anorexia, OCD,
and panic attacks? It is claimed that the required dose
consists of perhaps 10 to 15 grams for effect.
As I recall there is about 12 to 15 grams of inositol in
a tablespoon. The powder should be inexpensive
if not you are being "robbed."I have no personal experience with eating disorders.
What I told you is available on PUBMED. -
I have looked up 'inositol'. Thank you very much.
