  1. 1) Does anyone know the rough equivalent of METs if I am pedaling on a lifecycle(model) at 90 rpms at 15-18 resistance level.

    2) What is consider vigorous on a stationary bike and what is consider very vigorous? I have found the approximate MET equivalents for my road speed however I cannot find any definitive answer to the stationary bike.

    Thank you.

Do you know how many watts you are generating on the stationary bike. If so you will be able to calculate METS
