I just found a cool product: flavors for water. It is a little bottle that fits in my bikebag. A few drops in water makes custom-flavored water. Anyone know about this stuff? one bottle flavors 100 servings of water, the website says.

Have you tried Clear American from Sams (or Walmart)? Its carbonated water. No sugar, no caffine, no anything. It tastes like soda but is light like water. Lots of fruit flavors. Cheap too. I love the stuff. Made giving up soda piece of cake. Now if I can just give up cake........🙂 www.the-bike-shop.com/training

flavors2go is better than that walmart stuff. tiny (1 oz) bottle lasts for months: you just use a few drops in water. I get water at the parks where I ride, and adding the flavors creates a non carbonated flavored water. it also flavors seltzer, yogurt, vodka, seemingly anything. also you can mix flavors: raspberry-lime, or strawberry-melon.

I drink a lot of Propel water, but that really sounds like a good idea. Could be handy to just fill up at the nearest fountain and throw the mixer in. Gonna check it out. 🙂
