  1. I just wondered how you count the carbs with which you cook. For
    example, I like to use chicken broth when I cook green beans. Do I
    count that in the daily totals of carbs, fat and calories? I dont eat
    it (or drink it) It is just used a flavoring. Also, if you marinate a
    steak in a liquid marinade, how do you count that. The stuff does not
    stick to the steak so you are not really getting those ingredients.
