  1. Apologies if this has been mentioned (or spammed) here before.

    I generally don't approve of the random video sites, but here's
    one specifically for cooking. I only watched the one video (with
    sound off since I'm at work) and was slightly impressed , at least
    at first.

    I would be happy with the grilled squid and a Tsingtao. I think about
    the only thing he didn't include in his "sandwich" was horsey sauce and
    it really should have been on wonder bread for the full effect.

    That is a really interesting website, some very good ideas
    such as the Squid and the General's Flank Steak. Now is
    there any way to get rid of the phony irritating percussion
    sound that overlays all of the videos?
    Thanks anyway, this has great potential.

    I admit I was posting this as I was watching the video. I
    thought the hack job on the squid was interesting, but shut it
    off when I saw him *crumbling* cheddar cheese on the bread and
    then trying to keep it from rolling off.

    I didn't hear the music.
