uh, building rather, not sure exactly where, what a morale boost. Why not
play background sounds of fans chanting and put cardboard fans in the seats?

Maybe they should pair soccer tickets with other events. You can only
get a soccer ticket in a package deal. Probably too late for that kind
of thinking, though.
