  1. Hi all -- I'm about ready to purchase a powermeter and have narrowed it down to PT Sl/ pro and Ergomo Pro (based on the very good discussion on this forum (thank you all) and in the info in the Allen/Coggan book). My situation is that I want to have a PM on my regular bike and the bike I use as permanent trainer bike. My question: is either make more reliable when it comes to giving power readings from different units (i.e. will 200 watts be 200 watts both inside and out, recorded on the same cpu)?

If there is a thread that has covered this before, please direct me there; my own searches haven't turned up info on this particular question (which perhaps means it's not an issue??)

    TIA,
    Christian
