I found a 1999 Specialized Allez Sport frame (aluminum) and am considering
building it for turing. I do 2000-3000 miles a year and have only used
steel frames to date. I believe this is probably one of the frames that was
recalled because of a problem with the handlebars but this should not be a
problem on a rebuild. Anyone with experience with this or a similar frame?
