if they are can you tell me why they reject the clean needle programs
as "undermining the drug-war"?
use of dirty needles has been blamed for 1/3 the cases of aids and is
a major cause of the whole epidemic.
in a bushy world we could say "dont use drugs or dirty needles cause
well send your ass to jail" and there would be no problem but ppl dont
seem to respond to that.
