Concorde Aquila upgrade

I love the steel fork on my old steel Trek. Whereas a carbon fork will be lighter, I don't think that it will ride better than the steel. Now the whippy aluminum forks from the late 80's weren't to great and carbon would probably be better than those.

I would definitely keep the steel fork.

If it is in good condition, why upgrade? 😕 Just keep it the way it is and ride it!
