I make myself nuts trying to compare my PT, Ergometer and now computrainer power readings. Now I find myself comparing the CT rides with my Ergo...setting the load of the CT and monitoring the effort on the Ergo handlebar display. The readings are significantly off/lower yet the RPE is much greater. Why is that?? Does the fact that the ergomometer technology is built into the bottom bracket affect the readings when done on a CT?? I have little experience with the CT and I think it will take some acclimation to a "steady state" load. I do this so I can download to CP. Is this even a valid comparison??
Ergometer or Ergomo or ergometer mode or ergomometer?
